Tom Seaver went 16-13 for the 1967 Mets, who finished 61-101 as a team...

Don't know if anyone's done it since, it's quite possible. But Seaver was the first name I checked.

(I was thinking of pitchers with 10+ wins, not just 10+ decisions... Wardle is a great answer, looks like he qualifies, as he only played in two games in 1984...Seaver's first major leage appearance was in 1967).

Total guess here - Curt Wardle went 7-6 for the 1985 Indians. He ended up 8-9 overall because he'd been 1-3 with Minnesota, but he did have a winning record with Cleveland.
