I am interested in knowing the reason, real reason why Art Bell left the country and why he only does his show once a week. I am a little concerned and i know it is none of my business but his wife seems to be very young.

First of all, Art Bell left the country, because he fell in love with Airyn, his Filipino wife who did not want to move back to the United States with him. Because he's very deeply in love with her, Art Bell moved to the Philippines and as for his wife being very young, once in a letter that Art wrote that was posted on the "Coast to Coast AM" website soon after Ramona died (Ramona was 47) that he ultimately wanted to leave behind a rich widow after he died, which is why he married Airyn.
About Art Bell's only hosting the show, he hosts it every weekend now and he went to hosting on the weekends sometime in September of 2002, after retiring in January of that year, due to his bad back acting up on him (Art Bell's had a bad back ever since he fell off a telephone pole while working for Cox Cable company in San Diego, California, landing on his elbows and the general area of his tailbone) .
As for why Art Bell only hosts "Coast to Coast AM" on the weekends now, what happened was Art missed hosting the show and also missed the listeners, but couldn't be "Coast to Coast AM"'s main host anymore, due to the problems he was having with his back, so he returned to "Coast to Coast AM" as the show's weekend host.
While nobody knows how exactly George Noory got picked to be "Coast to Coast AM"'s main host after Art Bell retired, it is rumored that Art himself hand-picked George for that particular job, as both Art Bell and George Noory have made certiain comments on the air that kind of allude to this having happened.
