Try putting it in the freezer for a bit so that the blu tac goes hard, then you should be able to scrape it off easily as it should crumble.

blu tack is a pain to remove - I use blu tack in training all the time and have ruined a suit as I sat on blu tack.
Some one suggested to me that I should heat the blu tack up as it becomes easier to remove, i didn't try this as all I could think of was holding a lighter to it.

Put it in the freezer over night, then pick it out in the morning when frozen. This is the best way to do it. Good luck.

try using other blu tack to remove it ,i dont think blu tack is hard like chewing gum to remove have you tried washing the scarf.

Spray it with an aerosol can to freeze it before pulling it off.
