There are many ways to do this. There is currently no one site that will tell you everything you need to know.
The FDA website will tell you about all drug trials currently being performed in the United States by varoius companies. (If a company is doing a trial outside of the US, it will not be on the FDA site).
The next place to look is a company's website. A company website will tell you what is in their pipeline (including pre-clinicals).
The third choice is to do a google search on a particular disease such as Alzheimers clinical trials, this will generate a bunch of sites with information on them.
There is also somebody in Canada who has created such a list, but was threatened with a lawsuit by several US listed companies over making the information available all in one place.

I am assuming your are looking for information in order to invest in biotech and pharmaceutical companies. There are a couple of sites that I frequent for information on drug pipelines, clinical trials, and other information that is critical to investing in the biotech index and biotech stocks.
Check out
http://biotech-news.org/
http://biotech101.org/
Both are excellent free resources for biotech investing.

See if this website will give you any of the information that you are looking for:
http://www.centerwatch.com/
Besides something like that - go to the websites of any of the given drug or biotech companies that you are interested in - for instance here is a link to amgen's pipeline:
