If anyone does not fit into your comfort zone by all means distance yourself. We all have things about us that others are not comfortable with-you too.
So just get together with those who set easier on your nerves and that is not being mean that is being honest.

Stay busy and do your job. That's what they're paying you for. Distance yourself with this particular person that curses and has poor personal hygiene. They'll get the hint. In the meantime, focus on your job and continue to make friends- outside of work. If you decide to make friends at work, do your job and hang out afterwards.

Did the person just begin to curse and smell? What is the REAL problem? Since work is not a playground, just do your work. Stay busy. The person will get the point.

This goes without saying, you are there to do your job. A job that you are gettig paid to do. Its ok to say hello, but leave it at that. If the person tends to be around you all the time and wants to shoot the breeze and curse around you, you have the right to tell that person you are no longer interested in them being around you.

on this earth there are all sort of ppl because we tend to think and mature differently. it is not right to agree with him if his views are wrong. u could gently but firmly state your view. u can slowly distance yourself but in the 1st place, my dear never let disgust override your friendship, this is unhealthy.

Go to work be polite and professional and don't include yourself or that individual in anything in your life outside of work. The End.

Yes, you need to have your space, a big one in between. Besides, there is a saying: You are who u hang out with..... Dont let anyone think that of you.
