Does anyone know a good Mac archiving system for customers files that need to be kept? I want something where I dont have to burn CDs or DVDs all the time!

An external hard drive might work for you. That way you can archive and then put it back on the shelf. Also, in Mac OS 10.3+, Control-click on the file or files and choose "Create Archive of...". This creates a zip file for whatever you selected, which is a compressed version of the file so you can store it with less space.
