Medicine is not an exact science. You should know that stress or anxiety over conceiving actually can reduce your odds.. so relax.....

I would t hink you have read all there is to read about helping conceive by now...

But if you are trying ..it helps to use certain positions,,, and for the female to put her legs up on pillow and stay laying on her back for 20-30 minutes after intercourse. Basically gives the little buggers more time to swim up.. Once you stand up gravity plays in and you lose a lot.

If you actually know your most fertile day. then intercourse 2 days before or 2 after also increases your odds as sperm does not die instantly and eggs hang around a bit as well.....

There is a window... with your probability being highest on your most fertile day.

Good Luck!

Well, i guess that all depends on how you are determining that those were your most fertile days. You have a greater chance of conceiving if you have sex while you have mucous, because the mucous will keep the sperm alive until the egg drops. Many times there is no more once the egg drops, and then your chances are slimmer because the egg is only alive 12-24 hours, and if there is no mucous, sperm die within a few hours.
Good luck. Go to www.ccli.org for lots of helpful info. Join and take the classes to help you achieve pregnancy.

If your last day of being very fertile was yesterday, then you are ovalauating today. If it is today, then you ovalate tomorrow.

Either day is a good chance. Ive read that a couple of days before concieves a girl, and the O day a boy.

Good luck, Im trying too!

definitely... i would suggest u to not pressure urself with the idea though. the more u enjoy it...the better results ull get. and ur next fertil days make sure u go for it every day, that increase ur possibilities. also, the sperm tends to live 72 hours after every discharge, so make sure theres plenty swimming around :) make sure ur husband takes some vitamins before those days, that'll keep him UP for it :P

If those are your "best" fertile days, it's time to be trying! You can make a baby anytime, but if an ovulation test or something else says now is time---get off your computer and get onto more important things! :o)

You never know unless you try and it won't hurt trying. If you haven't ovulated yet then yes there is a good chance of you conceiving.

The best time to concieve a child is the day BEFORE ovulation. You need to track your periods and do the math with an ovulation calendar. Or just have sex everyday and if you and your man are healthy you should concieve.

Go to pregnancy.org they have tons of info on trying to have a baby. But I would have sex NOW if I were you. If you did yesterday, you have a good chance either way.
