Now you tell us you fiddled with the Ram. You have a bad sitting Ram make sur they all well fitted into the slot if necessary remove and fit one at the time. also reset your bios to the old configurations. If it starts Try to start it again and again you may have to reset the cmos settings on the Board there should be a bridge saying reset BIOS/CMOS forget about the rest of the writing . Check that the power cable is secure in the back make sure the cable is OK (try another make sure the Power plug has power(fuses OK?).Did you do anything prior did you sap the fuse inside the power pack,to check you have to unplug open the case and find the fuse replace it with the sane type if it is broken.
If you not sure what you can and cannot do take it for a check to a repair shop or try somebody elses power supply.Experience Required but not hard to do.
Take care!

Check the RAM first. If you took it out make sure you didn't forget to put it back in. That would definitely make it beep like that.

Is it plugged in? Is there power getting to it? You might have a bad power supply.
