I gave up on yahoo spades about 10 days ago , they totally screwed it up bad , I was carrying a 1967 rating and now i just hate it to death , I wish it was back to the way it was ...........

I agree with you Adam H, I quit playing on the 16th (the day they made the change) and I play many id's. Many over 2000 and some in the 2200+ range. I agree they have to advertise to make money, BUT, not on a Spade Table. People are trying to remember what cards have been played. That FLASHING AD crap is WAY to distracting. They allready have enuff AD crap outside of the tables. And as far as playing with 1/2 cards I say B***Sh**. Put things back the way they were and I will play again. Untill then fuckum!

MONEY! thats the answer to "why"!
its very distracting, takes up too much space, lags the server, and refreshes the page everytime the ad changes making you think you are getting redirected or booted.
at this time there isnt anything that i am aware of that can be done.......maybe boycot yahoo and there advertisers...

1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once
in room expand it to see chat area.you only see half of cards but you can still play. this gets rid of the ads.
