I suppose then, that retired players jersey's are out too?
How stupid can you be. I am not only a Niners fan but a Jerry Rice fan as well. I have a Rice jersey for every team he has been on, including the Bronco's and Mississippi Valley State, and I will continue to wear all of my jersey's.
Man Law requires you to wear a protective Helmet.

Man Law disputed - that would eliminate all the fun of throwback jerseys, etc. does that mean we should stop wearing players who have retired adn what not? i think people should have current ones, but theres a lotta memories from the old ones.
e.g. - i'm never giving up my Randall Cunningham Eagles jersey

That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. The player is getting the raise not me. And nine times out of ten I am buying the jersey to support the team not the player. If the player leaves well that is part of the Bus.

I agree, I'm a Niners fan, and I don't want some Smith jersey. I'd much rather wear Young, Montana, or Rice. That's worth the 100 bucks. As of right now, the Smith jersey isn't.

What if player didn't want to leave your team? Anyway I think you should expand the law to say that wearing of jerseys outside the privacy of ones home should be an infraction under "MAN LAW" unless the wearer is under 18.

Agreed, but with a few exceptions. If it's a jersey of a franchise player that defines the team, you can have 1 year of mourning, and you can wear it again once they retire.

So whats your question.
Besides you need to get a life. If this bothers you, you have too much time on your hands. There are a lot more important things to worry about in life than what someone else is wearing. Maybe you need to look in the mirror first before casting stones.

they shouldn't wear it only if said player joins a rival team. otherwise, a person can still wear his jersey. besides, who can afford to buy a new jersey every time a hero comes up ?

Pffft, I wear the colors, and as a Raider fan I'm not giving any more cash to that cranky old geezer until he ****** dies. I will proudly wear my Silver and Black Gannon Jersey.
