2 beautiful girls...ages 16 and 17 leave a party at 2a.m. and get behind the wheel drunk and get killed over the weekend as they crashed their car...it's on the front page of the florida today.com paper....who do you think is at fault...the teens, the parents of the teens or the person who gave them alcohol??? I think the teens as they should of known better as they just watched a drunk driving video and crash at school a few weeks back) and the parents cuz these teens were out at 2 a.m. they had no business being out that late. However gave them the alochol to me is not responsible cuz these girls should of known better

i have a daughter who is 8 and i showed her the front page and i explain what happens when people get stupid and she knows what that means...i am very open and honest with my daughter...i will keep tabs on her as she gets older. parents need to know where their kids are and they need to be home at a reasonable hour...not at 2 am driving

who is at fault? all of the above! the kids ought to know about the dangers of drinking and driving. the people who furnished them the alcohol are also responsible and ought to go to jail. [and probably will] and what the hell kind of parents lets there 16 and 17 years old kids run around at 2am!?

I think it is the girl's faults b/c they made the decision but they had a bad decision b/c drinkin makes ur decision making stupid and people don't think right and obviously those girls were not thinkin right at all but it may be the person that left them drive also b/c they should have known that neither of them could drive in the condition they were in and the person that bought the alcohol should have never did it for one they could go to jail for two b/c of them saying yes they made people lose lives..the parents have nothing to do with it they are helpless esp when there kids start driving they can't tag along and follow them

Those that gave the alcohol to the minors can be charged. The parents who are responsible for the insurance on the car can be responsible. Plus the individual drivers are responsible, but they'are dead so that does'nt count.
