i think tank tops look cute with jean skirts. basically of any color. for this season though...white or black...maybe with a red belt?

Depends of course on your body type. If you are flat chested, go with something you can wear with a bra where the straps are covered. Like a cute T-shirt?
If you have been enhanced... Go for straps.
Jean skirts (I think) look best with spaghetti straps or something white. (as navy goes best with white and denim is blue depending on how dark.
Try a cute little white cotton top, sinched and crimped at the edges, ruffly like and maybe even a Strapless Empire waste? LOVE THOSE! Very Lindsay Lohan...
Or
maybe something with the little flowers punched into it and embroidered like Jamacian linen? I like clean and simple.
I also love Jean skirts (and capris) with crisp white skips and little baby doll socks...Tan legs of course!
It also depends on what kind of look you want too, natural preppy, beauty queen, rich girl or total ho?
I can't help you with ho... I don't care for it. Been there done that, Im too old now...

Any top goes with a jean skirt. Just like just about any shirt goes with jeans.

Camisole, T-shirts, belly shirts can all go. I think cotton knit shirts go best with denim skirts.

try a cute top-something simple yet so cute that you can get from Forever 21 stores. it should show some skin but not too much and you should feel comfortable in it: if it fits like a glove then get it.

any color of top will go with a demin skirt but dress according to your hair color. For example if you have BROWN hair than dress with dark shirt colors such as black or brown.

I really like long dresses. My bf loves the short ones. So my wardrobe is crammed w/ 1/2 and 1/2.

It doesn't matter what shirt you wear. They're all going to look bad on you because you're a GUY. That's why they make men's clothing.
