Probably a gap filler that came loose when they test fired the rocket engines in preparation for landing. A gap filler is a small piece of fabric that fills the small gaps between the thermal protection tiles on the shuttle. At least one was seen to be loose and on the verge of coming off just after launch. Maybe the shaking of the recent engine tests finally shook it loose.

At no time, when the astronauts were in space were they alone: there was a constant surveillance by UFOs

It followed us during half of our orbit. We observed it on the light side, and when we entered the shadow side, it disappeared completely. It was an engineered structure, made from some type of metal, approximately 40 meters long with inner hulls. The object was narrow here and wider here, and inside there were openings. Some places had projections like small wings. The object stayed very close to us. We photographed it, and our photos showed it to be 23 to 28 meters away.

It's an alien spacecraft. I was watching it on the news, and it suddenly jigged left, then right across the cloud background. Ice and tiles don't do that.

IF "they" are smart, they'll leave us alone. cuz if they come out of the shadows, even for an instant, dozens more spaceships will be out there looking for them wanting to get a piece of them for research.
