Well, it's mostly right.

Igneous rocks both form extrusively (lava, like the basalt in Hawai'i) and intrusively (underground, like granite). Technically, lava is on the survace, so you can not have an intrusive lava. You would have to say 'an intrusion of magma' and 'surface cooling of lava.'

Other magmatic intrusives include diabase, which forms as sills and dikes between other types of rocks.
