message through maplestory?

could someone log onto maplestory and a character on bellocan? I need a message sent to ''kutsurabi'' telling him to log off. if he asks says LeeKaplan sent you. I cant get on maplestory from this computer (nor do I want to anymore)

my friends have maplestories nd they say that they have a lott of levels there at level 33
