Check the Vox and Style.
There is one sure fire way to find your answer, though: Listen to the vocals. Is it male or female? The soulful, yet cold Lennox sounds nothing like the spooky, zombie-like Manson! Listen to the instrumentation. On Sweet Dreams, the Eurythmics use heavy synthesizers; Manson always uses heavy rock guitars.

The original version was by the Eurythmics, but the version on the add is Marilyn Manson.

Eurythmics sang the original, I have'nt seen the advert but as far as I know there aren't any covers (apart from Marilyn Manson) so its probably them-Eurythmics.

Isn't it a FIAT advert? Anyway, it's definitely Marilyn Manson.
