..."chatting" 'must' include some inherent purpose of common interest. so...acceptance of some un/spoke human condition make reality possible for such an encounter. ....... and conversely.......fear to meet what is common indicate some nonawareness of 'how' to meet or know what it is of an other which is common. which restrict or negate un/spoken purpose to make invitation and meeting with an other(s).
........in short.......chat must include an acknowledgement that a respons has been made and accepted to a query for there to be considered conditions of 'chat'.

yes....that you make request for me to "expand" on it suggest that you have interpreted my response (and drawing a common interest therefore that you do comprehend some truth in it by at least a respect of the reply and without necessarily agreeing to content i wish to impress upon you.
think of it as a tennis match.......we have not started the game until you move to return the volley i respond to by your first serve....
but now consider......if we know that we are playing the game with the purpose to share or compete by an open or closed agenda....we have then agreed to a purpose......to know at least that much.
but if we don't share anything of who we each are or what we each value of our self........we find this out by the loving or loving/fearing course.
most relationships begin by non-awareness or unwillingness to share what is loving or valued for the purpose. there is much secrecy and fear among the ambitious.

I wouldn't report you. I see 'Answers' like a collection of friends with unanswered queries. It is always of great interest to me to see the comments made by Askers when a Best Answer is chosen, especially if I'm the one getting the points.
