The people who are successful are achievers and follow situational management more than other types. That is, according to the team members, select the type of leadership skills to be employed whether autocratic, democratic, or a free-for-all. When the person is a team member achieving suceess, his functioning will be to grow along with the organisation and would have understood the goals of the organisation. hence the behaviour pattern of successful people depend on circumstances and the environment available to them than one which is pre-conceived.
