I suggest you look on craigslist in the household services listings. When you do, you will see that certain people bombard the listings by posting their ad several times a day. You don't want to call any of these. It takes some patience, but find the ones who post once a day or less. Send them an email with details about your job and your expectations. This saves time because they won't have to call and find out how many bathrooms, how often, etc. I have hired two good cleaning people this way. (If you see one whose initials are ALG, she is very good.)

Try calling merry maids...if you don't have their number, google it.
