For the love of god, boot up in safe mode, once in safe mode, clik on administrator, you dont need psw, all you need do then is either set up an account for yourself with admin rights, or delete the whole admin account, if you delete the account when you next boot up windows will just boot with full admin rights, xp pro is not as secure as everyone believes.
Failing that, go back to factory settings on your pc with their restore disc, that way you can configure your account with whatever you want.

Nope, windows XP Pro is pretty secure as far as administrative rights go. Your only option would be to download a keylogger and set it up so it boots up but hides from the task manager.

That way you get the admin password and you can just use his account.

Why do you need admin rights so bad? You can try cracking the password to the admin but you need the right tools and if you dont know what they are then you will most likely not know how to use them so whats the point of telling you... Thanks for the points.

gee well it really doesn't take much of a nerd to tell you that if you want to become an administrator on your system you simply go to control pannels -> user accounts and change your account type, that is if you have the rights to do so.
