Theres ants in my electric guitar will they chew the circuits and wires?

Ants in anything electronic is never a good thing! Though they won't chew through the wires, they will damage the electrical connections with the very fine chemicals they leave behind to communicate with other ants. Also, I would make sure they actually are ants, and not termites. Since all Electric Guitars are made of some percentage of wood, there is a good chance they could be termites. Eitherway, you should take it out of the house (if that's where it is) and take it somewhere to get a total cleaning & tune up. Hope this helps you!

No but if it's termites they will so take it to a guitar store to have it cleaned because you can't spray it with bug stray, that's what I would do if I had that problem.

haha cant say i've ever killed an ant wit my guitar. however. i have busted someone upside tha head wit my guitar.

If not chew, it seems that the fact they are in there is not a good thing. Get rid of them, don't worry about whether they will chew through stuff or not!

just sprinkle some uncooked grits in there, theyll pig out on them get real super thirsty and when they go to drink h20 there lil bodies will expand and explode
