Select something that is acceptable to everyone. Also something that seems secure and reliable - so no gimmicks.
Three letter acronyms often work out well, e.g. EBN Electricians. (for electrician business name) People feel comfortable with anything in threes.
On your business cards, make sure you advertise your telephone numbers (preferably mobile so it takes voicemail) and emails id's so people can contact you. Tell them your work is good quality and guaranteed.

If I were hiring an electrician, I'd avoid anyone with a fancy business name, and I'd probably look through Yellow Pages in alphabetical order, so I'd suggest something like Abbey Electrical Services (unless you are blessed with a first or surname that comes early in the alphabet).
