I'm just gonna elaborate on my other post about telling my friend that I have strong feelings for him. I have been out with him in a group and it was nice, but he's not that out-going. He's mentioned going to the cinema (before I left the place we work at & where I met him) but when my friend asked him to come out with us (about 3 times) he declined. I think he might have been just be being polite as I was leaving. He talks about getting a girlfriend and has been on a date or two since he split up with his ex. I also think I'm not attractive - so it's not like I'm this hot babe who's not to be missed. Shall I tell him??

He may be shy around you and especially if there are big groups. I suggest you tell him that you fancy him and ask him out, if you do it ever so casually, then IF (you may not) you get the knockback then you wouldnt have made yourself look like an ***. But the alcohol thing is a good idea because you can have dutch courage without getting pissed, and you could go with the flow..an if things go wrong, just say your feelings were muddled due to being too intoxicated :D . Which ever way, tell him you fancy him..nothing heavy and invite him out one on one.

Hmmm, I don't like the fact that you seem to think you're not good enough for him! I don't wanna sound patronising cos I used to be just like that, but honestly, you have to be happier with who you are - and whether or not he likes you shouldn't validate how attractive you feel.

If you tell him and he doesn't like you then o.k. it will hurt you but please please don't think it's cos you're not pretty or whatever. People are either attracted to someone or they're not, just like you like him, but you probably don't fancy other guys at that office.

If you wanna gage how he feels without putting yourself out there too much you could try and get drunk with him - if you can get him out! Or send a 'friends' text about the cinema thing, and see how often he looks at you, and if you can try and get on the subject of girlfriends, and what kind of stuff he looks for in a girl - you'll be able to tell alot from his reaction.

Good luck - but defo have more confidence in yourself. For a start - that always make you more attractive to men (ironic eh?!)

: )

im thirteen, in the same situation, and all i can say is rejection hurts. in ''our'' (mine and his) pasts, we have been together (well, made out a few times) only nothing has come of it and after a while i gave up.

now everything is coming back, and he has a new girlfriend. in a way im jealous, but in a way im relieved. i'm gonna tell him subtle stuff, like she's lucky to have him coz he's brill and compliment him and stuff... build up ur friendship, and let things go from there.... try and sometimes everything will work out...

Turn up at the same pub as him and get drunk. Let nature take it's course.

Drug him and take advantage of him. then tell him you are pregnant that should get him. If not lock him in the cellar
