I don't know that there is a specific word for fear of hampsters but:
Microphobia - fear of small things
Doraphobia - fear of fur or skins of animals
Zoophobia - fear of animals
Agrizoophobia - fear of wild animals

Oh my god...my sister is going to love this question, i grew up with hamsters as pets..what is there not to love? they're adorable, arent they? but, alas, we all have our irrational fears, mine,....roaches...uch..i digress...i am not sure what the technical name is, but do a google search, phobias, not just hamsters, but rodents in general, more likely to get your response. clinical fear of rodents. (however, there is controversy that hamsters are actually marcupials...go figure!) sry, im having fun with this question..
