You will need to use your email to sign up as a free member. A free member gets to download 5 files per day. However, a free member can not download MP3 files unless they are titled "Free Audio". But you can still stream it to your computer or download MIDI files, which are not true performances of the piece but rather produced by computer synthesizers (thus sound quality is not as good). The advantage of MIDI files is that they can be converted to scores so it may be more useful to you if you play instruments.
