too right. And when you stop using whitening and switch back to normal toothpaste it reveals how yellow your teeth have become! Just clean them well and cut down on sugar. That's called natural whitening! :-)

I've tried one with a mouth tray. I didn't think it worked very well. What has worked is the whitening mouth wash from Listerine and using that in conjunction with a whitening tooth paste. My favorite is Crest Vivid White.

I have tried every thing from the $4 tube of stuff to the expensive kits. The inexpensive stuff works just as good. The only thing is you won't notice any difference until about the third time you use it. It is a gradual process no matter what type you choose but the good news is you don't have to spend a fortune to get results.

I have tried several over the counter teeth whitening kits. I like the one by Crest the best. I thought the results were pretty good for a over the counter brand. The only down fall is it does not taste that great :)

The ones which you put on then wash off at the end of the day?
I've been using a regular fluoride toothpaste with baking soda in for about 5 months and it has worked greeeeeat! I also know alot of people who whiten their teeth everyday with the put on & wash off - but it does look a bit fake and TOO white.

I also get my teeth whitened professionally. All I do know is that any teeth whitening kit you buy should not have any more than 10% bleach in it. I would suggest asking your dentist or local orthodontist.

I have. I tried the whitening strips, but they made me feel sick to my stomach every time I used them. I stopped after the third day when I made the connection. My teeth are white enough anyway, because I have darker skin. Teeth always look whiter with darker skin, so I guess I'm lucky.

I would only have my teeth whitened by a dentist, you know your results will be quick and done right and they would last a lot longer then the store bought.

I personally like Professional Crest Whitestrips. I've had great results with this product. My dentist recommended them as a cheaper alternative to having it done in the office.

I use Pearl Drops, and I like it. My teeth aren't badly stained so I feel the Pearl Drop just maintain the whiteness. Also using a good mouth wash after brushing my teeth, and using the pearl drops and my mouth feels great!
