I went to a place on the corner of Rainbow and Sahara, I can't remember the name, and don't live in Vegas anymore. The guys name was Trey. He's a bit crazy, but he does a great job. He drew a sketch freehand on my arm and created a real cool tattoo on the spot.

lets see there is pricz as the others have mentioned and there is also samoa mike, chris at saddleback, and of course H&H in the palms.
