As I have read it, in the UDHR, Human Rights come from the authority of the UN and can therefore be changed or rescinded at the discretion of the UN rather than being provided by our Creator and therefore unchanging, and violated only under threat of severe penalties.

There some things that are left out because , they say , "is implied" but at the hour of true nations do not get those "implications" and humans rigth are violated every single day all around the world. Beside that US lack of power to make sure of the enforcement of them.

Besides the fact that the UN is not willing or able to enforce it there seems to be no flaws.
