What makes the place so unusal?

The most unusual places I have visited have been in my dreams. I go to some pretty weird places.

Miami Beach, The night life never ends. Parties dont start until 11:00 pm... and your coming home when the sun comes up... I felt like I was in a differant time in life. It was very unusal to me.

About 12 years ago I went to the Chicago Windy City Weed Festival. I had the time of my life. Everyone walking around getting stoned and passing joints. They were even beer drinking and selling bongs and water pipes. I've never seen anything like that before or since. I still live in the outskirts of Chicago but I've never heard of another one.....
