I really want to go on a foreign student exchange trip but i don't really know any programs. I would appreciate it SO much if anyone could please tell me of some for high school students.

hey. these are some summer programs that i am currently looking at.
check out people to people ambassador program at www.studentambassadors.org
also for a latin american trip there is AMIGOS de los Americanos.you must have 2 years of highschool spanish and also be 16. but i dont have the website for that one.
there is also the leadership conferences. www.nylf.org

Look at people to people or through the Rotary club. Something else you can do is plan on going abroad in college. It is further away, but you will have a lot more opportunities. Also, look to see if your church or another civic group has missionary programs in the summer. They are a great way to travel.
