Urinary tract infection. It can get very serious. A urinalysis and antibiotics are probably in order. There is a very slight chance that it could also be that your pelvic floor is irritated from a vaginal yeast infection. Sometimes that can cause some irritation when pee'ing, even though the two are not connected. I put my money on a UTI, unless you have a vaginal discharge that's thick like cottage cheese and smells foul.
First thing to do, go to the store NOW and buy any of the cran drinks. Cranapple is th eleast offensive to me, but they have all kinds of varieties. Ocean Spray brand is the best, I think. Buy a large container of it and drink it ALL before you go to bed tonight. You'll never want to drink ti again until your next UTI, but do it anyway!! It doesn't have to be the biggest one with the plastic carrying handle. Get the next size down, but not the littlest one. If you still have symptoms tomorrow, call your Dr. for a urinalysis. If it gets worse, go to the ER. Kidney damage can result if it gets serious, but you'll know. If you begin running a fever and want to scream... that's when to go to the ER.
Oh, whie you're at the store getting your cran drink, also pick up an over the counter package of AZO. It's the non-prescription form of Pyridium. It will coat the inside of your bladder, have a numbing effect, take the edge off of the burning, and make you pee flaming orange. I always keep it stocked!!

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor. They will test your urine and if it comes back positive they will give you a prescription for antibiotics. There is also something called AZO that you can buy over the counter for relief from the pain (doctor could also prescribe it) BUT DO NOT TAKE UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE SEEN THE DOCTOR , it can interfere with the test results. So, make an appointment with your doctor, in the mean time, drink lots of water or cranberry juice.
URISTAT is another form of AZO....

It sounds to me like you have a Urinary Tract Infection. I would seek the attention of a physician as soon as possible. This sort of condition does not get better by itself. You need antibiotics to get rid of the bacteria that is causing the problem. If you can't get in right away, you can buy something called UriStat that is OTC that will alleviate any symptoms you may have. But you can only take it for a couple of days, so make that appointment!
And BTW, the UriStat can turn your urine bright orange, so don't be alarmed.

Well it sounds like you might have a urinary tract infection. You need to go to the doctor's to get treated for that. You also might have some other kind of infection that needs to be treated.
Meanwhile, it might help to drink lots of water and cranberry juice.
Hope this helps!

I'm a male and I had the same thing. I looked up the symptoms in a medical book and they were similar to Urinary Tract Infection.
When I told my doctor that I thought I had UTI , he said only females have that condition. So, I would say that's what you have.

Hesitancy and dysuria are common symptoms of alot of genitourinary disorders. Most commonly they are due to a urinary tract infection, but they can be indicative of more serious disorders. I'd talk to your doctor and have it checked out.
