Can anybody please suggest as to how i can increase it in a healthy manner?

Jump? Well, actually, I know of none. Have you been growning like a bean, or have you quit growing? If you're still growing, just wait & see what happens. If you are not growing, there's a chance you'll stay that height. Don't worry though! I am 5'7" and I married a man who is a solid 5'4"! There are advantages to being shorter! The ladies don't have to stand on their tip toes to kiss you.

I can't believe how many times this same question is posted by so many teenagers every day.
There is NO way to increase your height. None. You are 16 and you have 4-5 more years of growing left. When you are in your early 20s you will be as tall as you are going to get. There is no way to get there faster. There are no vitamins, no exercises, no equipment-nothing. And no way to make yourself taller than you are supposed to be.

You still have plenty of years left to grow. Take a daily multivitamin, eat healthy, and I suggest Amino acids... a good source of amino acids is wheatgrass. If you want to grow faster, eliminate all junk drinks (soda, fruit juices, etc) and just drink water with wheatgrass.
