I am hooking up a brand new computer with dual monitors. It says to connect blue VGA or white DVI cable to computer. Which one should I use?

Use the DVI that gives a better resolution and clarity on the monitors, its always the correct cable to use.

its all down to your graphics card eg the slot of the back of the machine you connect your monitor to. since most graphics card only have VGA and the newer graphics card have 2x DVI connections.

if you have both you can use either, or both, depends on what you have on you'r monitior. Priority should be on DVI though because it is of better quality.
