I've been finding a lot of centipedes in my home lately and have been racking my brain as to why. I don't mean 1 or 2, i've killed like 5 or 6 in the past 3 days. I am not a huge fan of bugs and am really getting skeeved out, plus I am afraid that one of my dogs may get bit. Can anyone tell me why the sudden surge in centipede population in my home and how to get rid of them. I don't know if geographic location has anything to do with it, but I live on the east coast. Thanks!

just spray pesticides everywhere in ur house... but keep the windows open or else u will suffocate... also they might come because of high humidity... clean ur house often... they usually hide under floor covers

I have been told that diotomaceus earth (found in pool dept) is a natural way. I am having the same problem where I rent. I'm also on the east coast in Cape Ann. They seem to be getting bigger too!
