Consult Greek business consultancy before you follow the instructions below
1.Buy a premises and loads of DVDs
2. Arrange them in the order of their category
3.Hire some employees who can speak english and greek (preferably with some previous experience , say ex-blockbuster)
4.Buy a few computers, a coffee machine and some video and DVD players and televisions.
