Here's a few:
Broiled salmon, asparagus , small red potato or cup of brown rice.

Grilled seasoned chicken over salad w/low fat feta cheese.

Turkey, baked sweet potato and a vegetable or salad.

Great dessert: core an apple and bake it with a cinnamon stick in the middle- DELICIOUS

I do a chicken breast grilled on Foreman grill. When done, I baste on BBQ sauce and grill for another 60 seconds. You really want to hammer the breast flat to fit in the grill.

Then lightly steamed brocoli on the side. Plain.

Doesn't taste like diet food. There's sugar in the BBQ sauce, but I skip the butter and cheese on the brocoli. Tastes great to me.

grilled fish or chicken and some steamed veggies with a glass of water. you can season your food use herbs. Dieting doesn't have to be boring. add zest with fresh garlic or basil they add no fat.

White rice. Oven roasted chiken and a salad. And red wine. Red wine is not fatning and is good for you.

go to foodnetwork.com and click on healthy eating/recipes. there you go. they offer you so many healthy recipes thati even forgot half of them....plus most of them do not take a lot of time and ingredients to do.
