david beckham said he will fight to prove how big mistake Mccalren did...and will try to win back his internation england squad
do u people think beckham will pass??
i hope he pass and also again be the captain of england

I know that u think that D.Becham rocks but honestly think practical and u will find that he has no chances of making it into the team agn. U see, I the thing is that Bechs does not fit into McLaren's game plan for the team at the moment. And anyway if the team does well at the Euro2008 with Terry as captain i dont think that Becks will ever make a comeback. Infact I think that even Becks knows secretly in his mind that he has little or no chances of makin it back. But I used to be a huge fan of Becham back when he was really 'BENDING' it and so I will also pray with u that Becham will somehow make it to the team even though I still strongly believe that he has practically zero chances of doin so.

I would say that Beckham used to be one of the best players in the world. After watching him this summer he just seemed out of place. The only reason he is on the field is to take free kicks and give a good cross every once in a while. The rest of the time he seems to be a liability. Did anyone elso notice how England played better every time Lennon stepped on the field?
I am not a Beckham hater I actually support him, he is an honest hard working man who provides for his wife and kids the best he can with all of the media scrutiny that he gets. As far as making the squad I do feel there could be a place for him on the roster I just don't seem him having as big of a role as he has over the past years. Terry is the right man for the Captaincy.

David Beckham can fight all he wants, he has nothing more to offer the England team. His decision to quit as England captain was made about 6 months ago, roughly the same time that Sven was told he would go after the World Cup.
Becks made the decision, to avoid the new England manager making it for him. It was an honourable decision for him to make, but one i fell he knew would be made for him.
Having Becks back in the squad would be a backward step, as we are trying to build for the future. Unfortunatley David Beckham is only great in David Beckhams head

I have been following Becks' career since the mid 1990's and it seems to me that even though he is one of the best player in the world, men (males) have shown a high rate of jealousy instead of rating him simply as a football player. They see him as a rival, as a threat to their virility somehow, it is so evident that it bites in the a**, even commentators are subdued in their statements when Becks excels. Annoying and childish. I hope that he can get back on the England roster because that is what he wishes.

I think he will and I think he deserves to be the Captain again. It is David Beckham for god sacks...lol. I read an interview where he said he might consider going to the States to play in the MLS in the next couple years? Is this true? Do you think he would really pull a Pele and play soccer (Notice I did not say football) in the US?

if he can proove to mcclaren that he is one the best english players, then maybe so. if he can prove that he's still got it in him, if he has something that england absolutely needs, then yea. I'd hope mcclaren will put him in. on the other hand though, i'm very satisfied with mcclarens motives behind the new team and i think they will do great things.

umm yeah sure that becks will back to the squad yeah he will pass this but i dont think that he will be the captin agin that is too bad but we all hope that england team be the best team ever
