Marvel Legends put out a number of action figures with different costumes. I am not an action figure collector, but it sounds like this might be an X-Men figure, such as Psylocke. However, the Batman line of figures also used similar costume changes, and The Huntress has a purple costume. If you know it's Marvel, it might be Psylocke or if it's DC, it might be The Huntress. However, there MAY even be possibility it's MOONDRAGON, another Marvel character that had a purple costume, cape, etc., and was involved in space storylines, and if you can find out if the figure is bald, it might be Moondragon. That's all that comes to mind.

Doesn't sound familiar. Are you sure that was its original appearance, or might it have been modified...?
