Dear friend, Climbing Stairs is very good if you do regularly for three to four floors. This actually makes your butt and thigh muscles in shape and strong. And burning fat makes weight loss. So I dont suggest people to climb stairs for weight loss because it makes lot of strain for knees. It can become a problem at older age. So for losing weight, better do some other sports like swimming, badminton, tennis, running and reduce food with fat contents.... And last but not least Eat healthy, Think better.... :)

Lol most people would be shrinking if that were true. The only way i could say that would be possible is if you have severe untreated osteoporosis and you're getting fractures in your spine while climbing the stairs....so the answer is no :)

There is no reason why it should make your butt bigger, well unless you are eating a chocolate bar with every step :) Its actually good exercise and thats why there are stepper machines at gyms
