Babies usually teeth @ 6months. However, there are stories of babies born with teeth!! (scary image). Do you know when you or your partner started teething - these things can be hereditary. It seems early - have a look at her gums to see if you can see any teeth coming through. Teething symptoms (red cheeks, drool, chewing etc) can start a good few months before the teeth actually break the surface. She is too young to hold a teether - so maybe let her chew on the end of a clean finger to relieve symptoms. Also, lots of bibs to clear the drool!! ;o)

Maybe, some babies are born with TEETH. She also maybe teething and some times no teeth come in for 2 or 3 months. So some take a long time and others take no time at all! G-L

My daughter started to teeth when she was 1 month and still has not cut her 1st tooth and she's 4 months. She is chewing on everything and drooling too. My husband was born with a tooth, it's common.

my boy did the same thing. turned out not to be teeth but a harmless gum cyst. just a little white spot on his gums that bugged him. dr said it's the precursor to teeth but he's 4 months now and no teeth yet. every once in a while he'll get fussy and drooly for a couple weeks then be fine for a while.
try a cold washrag. or freeze a wet wash rag and give him that.
