we have this extra-credit project titled my favorite things that we have to do on a poster board. i have no idea how i should make it. im so uncreative and i really need some ideas on how to make a project look better. im using an average size black poster board with metallic pens and markers for writing and im using some magazine cut-outs to show my favorite brand name clothes. it may sound as stupid as ever but i need help. thanks.

I bet u can go to Michael's or a craft store and buy some of those cute stickers and stuff that are very representative of clothes, interests, etc. for example, u can get a fairly good sized ballerina tutu and shoes (if u like ballet), or a wedding dress with flowers (if u want to get marreid some day) or fishing gear, or cook ware, etc etc. u can get little pots and pans and books and miniature ANYTHING there! :) stick 'em all over the place!
u can also put some pictures of ur family and friends up there, use ur metallic pens to write some cutesy sayings, or poems that u like, underneath and all around the background.
find pictures of movies you like, or like dvd/cd's, stick 'em on.
u can even find barbie clothes type things and glue those on, to show that u like fashion
u can get some small fake flowers if u like flowers, put them all around the borders
if u like food, get some fake cupcakes and cakes and pizza (probably stickers or something)
what would look cool too is if u find a song u like, and get the lyrics and write them all out across the black board w/ the metallic markers. then stick up all the pictures and stuff all over it, so that it covers some of the words, but u can still tell that it's a favorite poem or song in the background :).

Maybe make your project 3 dimensional by pasting actual fabric from clothing that you like. Perhaps if you have a favorite place, attach souvenirs, post cards, photos. You can even put wrappers for favorite foods or candies to make it more appealing. Good luck!

If you`re gonna use a black posterboard,
get a silver marker,meant to be used on a black surface,
and in small letters simply write:
smile,peace,or love.Keep it simple!
