as far as I know (I maybe wrong),,dhruva is a star as named by ancient Indians.And as per the present knowledge of modern science and technology ,as well as astronomy,,the whole universe is in movement and thus all the galaxies in it are also in movement,and obviously the stars and their planets or other heavenly bodies are in movement as well
