i bought a surbuarn and the gas gauage is broken is it easy to fix?

i bought it like that i thought it would be okay but its annying not knowing if the truck is full or empty, also the marker that tells u wheater your in park or drive is broken.

the truck drives good and pulls the horse trailer fine the only two things wrong with it and i was wondering if they are easy to fix.

it really depends on where you take it. if it's still under warranty, i would take it to a chevy dealership to get it fixed. if not, call around to some local mechanics. shopping around to get the best price for something like this would probably be smart.

it relies upon on if its gage its self out or the sending unit,if its the sending unit which may well be costly approximately 2 hundred greenbacks to get that area carried out,if its the gage it might fee approximately, the same in the event that they'd desire to pull the sprint out and replace it,the two way identity set lower back approximately one hundred fifty greenbacks to try this with,if its the sending unit the tank has to return out of it to repair it,the gage is plenty less difficult to repair yet very almost as costly to do,first you will desire to discover out which one it is,solid success.
