I haven't but seeing you can substitute, baby prunes, applesauce, sour cream, cottage cheese and even ricotta in place of egg in most recipes it doesnt' suprise me that black beans with there texture and mild taste would be substituted. You can even use mayonnaise instead of egg and oil in recipes b/c that is what mayo is. Try it you cakes and brownies will be super moist. Shoot you can make fudge from velvetta cheese. Done that one too and it is so good if you werent' told you would be eating the fudge clueless.

Wow-I'm afraid if I tried it and it was good I would use that as an excuse to eat the entire pan of brownies! I know in cake mixes you can replace the oil with applesauce to cut down on fats.

I saw Eric Estrada (that guy from CHIPS) on TV trying to sell lots in a lake front community.

I didn't buy that one either.

If you do this, I would suggest crumbling up some Pepto Bismol tablets and mix them in too. They will not only add an interesting color, but probably some necessary assistance.

Good Luck!

Sure, I'll try anything once. Over the years I have found that something that sounds disgusting at first (such as tomato beer: 1 part tomato juice : 1 part beer) actually turns out to be quite good. To be honest, this idea sounds much better than tomato beer!!

Hmmmm... sounds strange. But on cakes and stuff, I would have to say it's not the eggs that make it fattening. So they need to cut out everything else and leave the eggs alone! lol
