some kids don't do well unless they are on a strict schedule. Try feeding her, bathing her and putting her to bed at the same time every night and in about 2 weeks you should see a difference. It does sound like night terrors and some kids just have problems with it where others do not.
Some kids will adjust to a new schedule easily and some don't so be patient but try it. It cannot hurt and your child will be happier for it.
good luck

Jeez, babe, get over it. The kid is 6 mos. old! That is what they do. If they aren't tired, hungry, or have a dirty diaper, they want attention. Determine what the reason is for the crying, and take the proper action. Maybe you should have researched these things before you had a child. Sorry to be harsh, but face the facts. A baby doesn't need much, just the above mentioned things for a while, then it only gets tougher. If you are having problems now, God help you. Get some books, learn things before you get there, and things will go smoother for you, and the child. Typically, children go through periods that last 6 mos. at a time, so every 6 mos. go get the next book relating to that phase of your child's life. It will help you figure things out. Remember, though, these books are more like guidelines, than rules. Every child is different, but usually they fall into certain categories.
Good luck,
Stevo.

I always have problems with my baby girl like this. But let me tell you if she teething, there isn't enough oral gel in the world to help her feel better. Just remember to stay calm. Don't pamper her too much or she will get used to it and rely on it more. When she gets restless at night, let her fuss until she falls asleep. Just be sure to check on her every 10 minutes or so. This way she knows that you didn't leave her. I have read books on this so I know it works. That is what I did with both of my children. If they are just fussing because they are fighting their sleep then let them fuss. However, be sure thats all that it is and that she is not hurting anywhere. Also for teething, I used teething tablets. Seemed to help a bit. ~~Good luck~~It will get better. Just hang in there!!

Oral Gel wears out. Teething is the worst time to be a baby and a parent of that baby. It's painful!
We're going through teething again right now also and it really sucks! I can't wait until it's over!

Her problem is that she is teething. I cut up all fruit popsicles into small pieces and let my babies suck on them at breakfast. This can help. So can tylenol.
Have you ever tried Ora-jel? it numbs you like crazy but doesn't last that long.
Good luck. It will pass. Some babies just have a harder time with teething than others.

Is she hungry? If she is indeed teething, it can be very unpleasant for babies. Maybe you could give her a teething ring that is specially designed to be put in the freezer, the cold surface feels good to a baby's sensitive gums.

My 8-mo-old is the same way. She's a twin, but her twin brother does not do this at all. My husband thinks she's spoiled for me because I cater to her too much. My other son never did this either, so I just wonder if it's a girl thing.

try Tylenol before she goes to bed. she is probably going though a growth spurt so she maybe need more food that normal. give her a good feeding before she goes to bed and see if that helps. it did with my baby girl. i had the same problem.
