I think it was Erykah Badu....or maybe India.Arie......I can't remember...one of those type of women sang it...I heard it only once about two years ago, and I can't remember any lyrics or who sang it exactly.....does anybody know what I'm talking about? All I know is it's called Voodoo Child....

PS: I KNOW Jimi Hendrix did it, but I am also 100% sure that I saw a black woman singing it on a talk show...I just can't remember who she was...or the lyrics...I know she was one of those Afrocentric women though...India.Arie or Erykah Badu....maybe somebody else....I just can't remember.....

Jimi Hendrix did Voodoo Chile. As far as Voodoo Child, I have no idea. Someone may have done a cover of the Hendrix song, changing the name from "Chile" to Child. You obviously have the internet...Look it up. Good luck!
