How would I go about setting up a sharing resources, files, and the printer over two networked computers?

Once they are all connected, just go to control panel and select network setup wizard. It'll turn on file and printer sharing.

To share folders just right-click the folder and click sharing..., than give it a name, than you'll be able to share the folder with the other pc's.
