They are urging the turkish government to arrest him for the words he quoted.

Lala calls for death because the Pope said that Islam has violent priciples within its religion.
If the Pope were arrested, world war 3 would break out immediately. Those Muslims have forgotton how John Paul II forgave the Muslim who attempted to assassinate him. Is the word forgiveness even found in the Quran??

I have been to Turkey. Although they have a large Muslim population, it should be considered the model for aspiring Muslim nations. He will not be arrested. Just because there are a few nutcases there does not mean that they are plentiful. Seems all the really bad ones migrate to Syria or Iran.

He quoted during a geo-political lecture and made in quite clear he disagreed with that statement...which was from the 14th century I might add. Of course the Muslims today are still living life like it still is.
