Cant say that I am "afraid" but my stomach definitely churns and my palms get clammy. I like speaking in French cause most people I deliver to doesn't understand it and I could be cursing they wouldn't know. And to curse is like wiping you @ss with silk.

I hate having to stand up in front of people and speak. I would get so nervous about it when I was in school that I would get sick sometimes. As an adult I still have trouble with it but if I have to do it, then I can. I try to stay away from it as much as I can.

Used to until I figured out the people sitting there really don't have a clue and I use leading statements to catch the hecklers off guard or in general... I treat them like they deserve to be treated, you decide the level to take it to!!

Extremely! It's embarrassing. For example, when I am sitting down in class I'm fine talking but put me in the front of everyone and I freeze up!

No I feel very comfortable. I used to be very shy and would mumble through my speeches but after awhile i just got over my fear and I realized when I spoke up I was great at it.

Yes.

My hands would tremble and my voice would waver in the beginning, but I take a deep breath and soon get over it and continue as best as I can.

speaking, yes. Singing, no. I'd rather sing in front of people because I do karaoke and the words are right in front of you. Not so for speaking.
