Well I am not a Packers fan but I do like Favre. I think he should have retired however. The QB is as only as good as the players around him and I don't think they have a good offensive line. This means Ahman Green can't run and Favre has no time to throw. I believe he just doesn't want to call it quits. Its hard quiting after playing all of those years and starting a new career or doing nothing. I know from experience. Unfortunately I do agree that he is becoming the butt of jokes which is a shame because he was a great QB. He needs to go out with dignity and he is not doing that. But he should also not go to another team either.

I'm not big on the Packers, but I think they are stupid enough an organization to stick with him just because he's Brett Farve, future hall of famer. If it was my tean and I was the coach, I'd pull him after their bye week if they aren't winning games by then and start Aaron Rodgers for the remainder of the season. Again I'm not big on the Packers but do they even pull Brett Farve out of losing games when it looks like they can't win? For instance if the game was 42-7 in the fourth quarter, would they pull him knowing the game is out of reach or leave him in whether they are playing at home or not?

If theyre to have any shot, the head coach will have to pull him in the next 2-3 games. Otherwise, this season for the Pack is over.
Dont get me wrong, i love the guy, but his game is over.
Now, calling him a "pathetic (get the spelling right next time) shell of a man" is a bit too much, and his pill popping days have been over by like 7 years. Go easy on the guy. Lemme guess, youre a disgruntled Steeler fan because Big Ben Cheeselessburger played like shiit?

He's isn't doing it for the money, he is just A stubborn old man who thinks he can still play, actually it's the rookie's fault he has no protection, nobody to throw it too,and he is also not comfortable with the new system he is in this year, but back to the question yes unfortunately he will continue to make an as* out of himself for the remainder of the season

I'm not a Packer fan, but I do find your comments pretty classless. Brett Farve on the other hand is a class act. If he wants to continue, then thats his business. Last Sunday's loss was not his fault as he personally had a good game.

The Packers O-Line is the problem the word offensive is an apt discription. Favre should have retired when he had the chance. When he publicly criticised Walker for his contract hold out he went down in my opinion. No one likes a management supporter in the dressing room. I certainly wouldn't.

wow..you are pretty ignorant....he has been over the pill thing for a number of years now..and if you actually watch the games..which obviously you don't..you would realize that the losses aren't his fault..he threw 3 TDs and they lost..not his fault the defense gave up 34 points now is it? you are just an idiot that is jumping on the "lets kick brett when he is down" bandwagon...get your facts straight before you attempt to sound intelligent in an argument..you even spelt his FIRST AND LAST name wrong..wow you're pretty dumb

So wat if he wants to play, he can still play at the pro level. Brett Favre is rich b itch hes not playin for the money. What them jackasses at green bay shouldve done was keepin the line together and draft a skilled position player that could actually have helped Favre(cough Aaron Rodgers)
